Choose a piece and a color, preview your words on it, and send your request by Instagram DM (or email). We confirm spelling, details, price and delivery with you, you pay via Zelle, and then we engrave. Want something that isn’t in the shop, or to engrave your own item? Make a custom request.

We aim to reply to every message within 24 hours.

Orders are usually ready to ship within 24–48 hours after the design and order details are confirmed.

Rush requests can be discussed depending on availability. Add your deadline to the “Needed by” line of your request.

Yes, across NYC and NJ. Book at least one week ahead for in-stock products, and allow about one month if products need to be ordered. There is a two-hour minimum per event plus a transportation fee depending on location, and full payment is required before the event to secure the booking. See the full event details
